小小的解释一下，这个球其实是不越位的，在进攻中，进攻队员可以主动走出场外表示不参与进攻
但是防守队员不能主动出场外造越位，估计乃看的主持人忘记了这一条规则吧

"A player is in an offside position if he is nearer to his opponents' goal line than the second last opponent."
