【摘要】 建安元年曹操奉迎汉献帝都许,控制东汉的军国大权,确立霸府统治。曹丕在曹操病逝不久后能够顺利并迅速地实现汉魏王朝更替,曹操霸府早已为其打下了坚实的基础。曹操霸府充当了汉魏易代的工具,表现在四个方面其一,曹操霸府为曹魏王朝的建立作了人才上的准备;其二,曹操霸府为曹魏王朝的建立作了制度上的准备;其三,曹操霸府为曹魏王朝的建立提供了强有力的保障;其四,曹操霸府统治时期树立了权威,为汉魏王朝更替作了舆论上的准备。
【英文摘要】 In the first year of Jian An Period, CAO Cao had military power of the east Han Dynasty under his control and even the emperor and the imperial government which played solid foundation for CAO Pi s dynastic change from Han to Wei. CAO Cao s control over emperior and imperial government promotes the dynastic change from Han to Wei in four respects: talented personnel, system, ensurance and mass media.作者:

【摘要】 汉末建安年间 ,曹操“挟天子而令诸侯” ,建立起霸府统治 ,并由这种统治逐步孕育催生出新的皇权。曹操霸府的组织系统通常由两三个部分构成 ,其分支机构亦不局限于一个处所 ;霸府的机构设置和职能发挥 ,则采取了一套军政合一、灵活处理的办法。曹操对霸府统治所进行的一系列目的明确的运作 ,同他对待皇权的态度是表里一致的 ;他未能废汉自立的根本原因 ,是受制于现实的政治条件或政治实力 ,而不是司马光所说“畏名义而自抑”。曹操开创的霸府政治模式 ,有着自身的政治内涵和行政特点 ,并对后世产生了影响。
