为什么进不了ftp

我是在公司局域网里. 错误信息如下, 如何设置才行?

对ftp下载链接右击，另存为..即可

我右键点,存. 会出来警告

需要密码吗,我怎么知道密码呢.
我也没机会输入帐户和密码啊.

已测试,下载正常,建议试试看使用flashget下载，或询问公司网管是否有ftp下载权限
